SGI (now Google HQ)

In the design of its 500,000 ft2, four-building Technology Center (now Google Corporate HQ), Silicon Graphics wanted to display its leading edge thinking combined with a sense of playfulness. The campus features geometric patterns on orthogonal and skewed gridlines with numerous seismic separations. Structural complexities included curved, canted and skewed walls, multi-planar roofs and floating stairs.
