Beringer Winery

GFDS provided structural alterations and seismic strengthening for Beringer’s historic winery building and also performed the structural engineering for the renowned winery’s new carriage house. Retrofitting the winery building included placing rock anchors into the adjacent hillside and shotcreting the concealed sides of the building’s stone walls. Despite the extensive amount of structural work needed, all of the winery building’s existing stone finishes were faithfully preserved.
