Boudin Bakery

This 25,000 square foot, two story demonstration bakery and restaurant at San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf features exposed long span roof trusses and steel concentric braced frames. Minimized interior columns and braces provide an open floor plan and full building site lines. Due to the site’s soil liquefaction potential, the foundation system includes pre-cast concrete piles and a structural concrete mat on grade.
